This housing development is located in a hillside near the city of Valencia, the houses are surrounded by gardens and they have a very quiet environment where it is very comfortable to live.
For this project, we laid out the grouped housing according to the lands perimeter, shaping a big central garden. The housing blocks broken disposition promotes privacy. The housing vegetation and unevenness compared to the rest of the land, as well as the perforated steel sheet in front or every private garden, are the distinguish elements between the private or common property. The privacy feeling was one of the main objectives always making focus at its own landscape. Also it was intended to promote the continuity between the interior areas and the exterior ones.  We can find transparency and landscapes crossed views, at ground floor as well as the sleeping areas, these allow enjoying the natural environment from the inside. The whole warmth is obtained by different materials, colours and textures such as natural wood exterior pavements and window shutters, the sand colour of the fronts, the steel fence and other elements.
The final result of this combination of elements is a special housing development located in the nature and with a refined architecture.
