The challenge for this Project was to achieve a non-existent up to now elevated level in the area. This level would give another dimension to the sight of the place. The palm grove, and exhibition itself is elevated by the structure. A vertical and horizontal route gets into the palm grove, after running along spaces that manipulates the perception on purpose meanwhile a sensations confrontation. The route ends up in a sequence of iconographic images of the cultural area and wide windows to the privilege palm grove.     
The project is a road. Starts at the historical downtown, bounded with the historical and cultural tradition of Elche. The building rises from the soil over the vegetable gardens, getting inspiration by the geometrical structure and the feeling of the gardens, stands over the palm grove.
The whole functional program is developed through atmospheres that mix sensations. As you have a walk all these sensations shows the vernacular of the city with his present.
The height of this projecting building defies gravity. The building consists of a prism supported by two large metallic columns. This prism is formed by a triangular metallic structure that allows huge spam.
The aim of the project was to create a large format tectonic shell, with light appearance, similar to the masonry stone of the old town buildings like the Alcazar, Basilica or Calahorra.
