The origin of the project takes into account the traditional matrix based on the program requirements. These considerations generate some independent pieces but which are closely related.
The circulations between pieces are light tunnels connecting simple volumes. Each one of the spaces becomes a controlled, recognizable place.  The scale of the whole building is large, but the individual scale is comfortable to the user. The user never feels of being misplaced despite of the huge size of the building.
The pieces have rounded edges to make the skin continuous. The surface works as a protective filter over the façade. However the surroundings go softly through the white skin.
This veil is fragmented to let the light shine in abundance.  This enables to dynamize the space and provides apertures depending on the requirements and the solar exposure.
The aim is to get a well-being feeling, meanwhile a technological image is shown. The appropriate image to a building dedicated to constant heath developments.
