The project takes place in the courtyard of the actual Colegio Lluis Vives. The intervention was for the construction of a classroom building for the University of Valencia, to be executed in 2 different fases, classrooms for the Faculty of Economy and the School of the Magisterio, among other classrooms to assign.
The complementary spaces of the classrooms , as the library, coffee shop, administration, direction and Board room, is intended to be located in the actual volume of the Colegio Lluis Vives.
This volume will be maintained, and the planning for new functions will be determined in the third and final fase, while the first and second fases will consist in the execution of new classrooms.
The localization of the classrooms are opposite of the actual main facade of the colegio, at the southeast.
